Contractual provisions - Serviced offices
The provision of equipped offices is subject to :
a fixed term contract for 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or more.
or
an initial 3-month contract renewable by tacit agreement and cancelled with 3 months notice.
This includes :
Use of the office and its furniture and telephone, not including consumables
Use of common areas in the building and centre: waiting rooms, lobbies, reception, corridors, bathrooms
Electricity, heating, water and air-conditioning
Surface area management, cleaning and maintenance of offices, workspaces and equipment
Cost and management of building rental expenses, maintenance of common areas, property taxes
Registered business address and/or commercial address
Mail receipt and delivery
Tenant insurance
Visitor reception
Access to secretarial services
Access to office automation (photocopier, fax, etc.)
Access to special prices for meeting rooms and offices rented out on a daily basis: Tempo premises
1 day per month of free office use in one of the LOCARTIS Europe network complexes outside your business region (upon booking).
